So here is what I see on the app as there is no data for today. When I go to the app and click my photo on the upper left-hand corner, below the Luxe icon is the word “Looking…”
When I click on the Luxe icon, “Notifications” shows a spinning wheel to the right. Next I see the word “Looking…” grayed out below Exercise Shortcuts and another spinning pinwheel to the right.
What do I do to sync my Luxe to the app to get all of my data on the Today page (Zone Minutes, steps, miles, cals, Days I’ve worked out, & my Sleep info) updated? Thank you.

Hi, @NewSuttonGirl I find the easiest and quickest way to force a sync is to log out of your Fitbit account on the app and log back in again (but be sure you know your email log in and password).
You could also try giving your Fitbit a restart .
If neither of those steps work then please see the help article for troubleshooting and Fitbit that won’t sync .
Good luck and let us know how it goes.

Hi Julia,
Thank you for getting back to me. Logging out and then logging back in didn’t work. What apparently DID work was turning off Bluetooth and then putting it back on.
It does seem awfully fickle, doesn’t it?

@NewSuttonGirl , I have noticed you in the Community here for a while, so I think you are aware that sync problems are not unusual, and, frankly usually simply correct themselves, but whatever one did last feels like the magic bullet. Certainly toggling Bluetooth off and then on again is in the list of Fitbit recommended solutions. I have always advocated starting off with simply logging out and logging back in again, because that is a bit of a refresh nudge, and that is the one that often works for me… but there are lots of other fixes… or maybe it just fixed itself … until the next the next time.
I try not to get too worried if the sync fails a time or two - though I know it can be infuriating if you are eager to check the stats from your last run/workout. As I know you know, your Fitbit will store your detailed data for up to a week, and much longer for basic data, even without syncing.
@SILOVESTOWALK , have you worked through all the suggestions in this help article ? I still think the restart and simply logging out and logging in are the two first best steps. I would not recommend removing your Fitbit from your account, except as an absolute last resort after you have tried pretty much everything else, including waiting a few days. It does sometimes work to delete the device from your account, and then re-set it up, but if it fails, you can’t do anything else. All the other possible troubleshooting options are gone.

Hi Julia_G, I never knew that the Luxe stores all workout data for one week. Thank you for sharing this! Do all Fitbit trackers store workout data for 7 days?

Hi, @NewSuttonGirl , I haven’t tested this specifically on the Luxe, but for most Fitbits the manual says that it will store detailed data for 5-7 days and basic data for up to 30 days, so as long as you are able to sync reasonably often (ideally a couple of times a week) you should not lose information. I assume detailed data means workouts, and I am confident that it includes heart rate info.
