Luxe won't sync

Time is wrong, can't pair, can't sync. It does count my steps, heart rate etc. Please fix!! I need an accurate watch!

I've had more problems ever since Google bought Fitbit. I know they are going to phase out Fitbits but seriously! There are other smart watches out there that are cheaper and work better.

Mine stopped last night too and currently showing me it is January 1st 2025.  It won't sync with my phone (Google 6a) I've tried all the tips given by Fitbit but still doesn't pair with the phone. 😲

Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the Fitbit app

The only way I got mine working was to message Fitbit in one of the "help" sections. returned the call.  Cesar returned the call and was really helpful and patient. He went through all the steps of deleting, reinstalling, turning off and on etc.  It worked. I did lose the days data where it was out of action, but at least I have all my other historic data and my Fitbit shows the correct date and time. 

Don't delete your account without getting Fitbit to change a parameter at their end otherwise you may lose all your steps etc. This also reinstalled the connection with Bluetooth which I'd deleted following on of the suggestions here.

Thank you for the guidance. However, I have been battling with the Luxe since I purchased it. It was replaced once. I have given up on it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled as instructed, multiple times. It will sync for a couple of days but then stop. It will show that I slept for several hours even though I was not wearing it. I purchased one for a friend last Christmas along with an Inspire for another friend. The Luxe is embarrassing - I gave a gift that stopped giving. I have also paid for premium and it is not as useful with out the device.

And now, it has reset again, and I''m back to Monday January 3rd. I guess I'll lose todays 25k steps as well as the others from last week's steps! Frustration!

We pay for the Fitbit and then the subscription price and it does not work and no one at Google appears to care because they got the money. Feeling like a Charms lollipop. I cannot get the Fitbit to work anymore and I am tired of wasting time with it. I just canceled my Premium subscription.

Great I am frd up with the Luxe.  Harvey Norman have given mt a third replacement.   I even bought the gold strap.  I paid for warranty when I bought it.  Each year I have to return ot as it stops working,  just like now.   They told me last year they would give me a replacement  as  long as they have a luxe in stock.    Im a pensioner so I doubt Fitbit give s **ahem** .

I give Harvey Norman my Fitbit Luxe every year as it stops working annually. I get a replacement for my warranty. They told me they will replace it asling as they have one to replace it.  I thought such companies were honorable.  So what is the point of getting another replacement?

I am 74 years old and I guess Google see me as passed my sell by date.  I was  recording  my heartbeats  and my BP for my cardiologist.   The Luxe was trouble and they knew it.  Hoping we would all just go away.  Harvey Norman honored my warranty three times so far.
