After updating, I was happy to see the sp02 stats. Now my luxe is tracking everything but my sp02. Any suggestions?

Hi there, @jlwalker. Welcome on board.
The settings has changed a little bit. So, please try the following:
For more information, see How do I install and manage apps on my Fitbit device?
Hope that helps.

Hi there, @kstan123. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post. I understand how you must be feeling.
Fitbit SpO2 app is automatically added for users in select countries. For more information on the availability of Fitbit SpO2, see fitbit.com.
If you removed the SpO2 app from your device, reinstall it in the Fitbit app on your phone:
To see the most recent SpO2 levels on your Luxe:
It may take around an hour for your SpO2 values to appear after you wake up. The SpO2 tile shows data for your most recent sleep session. If your sleep session is split into 2 separate logs or you take a long nap, the tile updates to show data for the most recent sleep session.
About the Health Metrics, please note the Health Metrics tile is available with Fitbit Charge 4, Fitbit Charge 5, Fitbit Luxe, Fitbit Sense, Fitbit Versa 2, and Fitbit Versa 3. To see historical data, upgrade to Fitbit Premium. For other devices, a Fitbit Premium subscription is required to see health metrics data.
Note that for Charge 4, Charge 5, and Luxe users must have the SpO2 app installed.
For more detailed information, see How do I track blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) with my Fitbit device?
Hope this helps.

I'm having a similar problem. I installed the SpO2 app when it became available for my Luxe, and it worked just fine for most nights. Occasionally it would skip a night but not often. Now it hasn't worked at all.for the last 4 nights. The battery has been kept charged, I've tried wiping off the back, and am wearing it to bed overnight, just as before. Nothing has changed except that it now doesn't record a measurement. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Nevermind, just as soon as I sent that message, I checked the reading again and it was there. Not sure why it skipped the previous three nights, but I'll see what happens going forward.

I’m having the same issue. Tried the fix.
Update: Just a little more info, I have a luxe. It’s relatively new, about two weeks, and everything else is working fine. I sync when I wake and get sleep and readiness scores.

Hi, I'm also having this problem. I upgraded to the Luxe a few weeks ago, everything worked fine, including the SP02 until the other day. I've followed the instructions above, but my only option is to Uninstall the oxygen tracker and then reinstall. Surely this shouldn't be necessary? If the tracker is showing on my Luxe it should work every night, not intermittently? What could make it work one night and not another?
Interestingly, the sleep tracker never ever worked for my husband. We thought his fitbit Versa 2 was faulty but whenever I wore it at night it worked perfectly. Could the answer be something to do with circadian rhythms - could they affect the tracker and stop it working intermittently if, for example, the person was unwell?
Thanks for any advice - it's quite important as I have sleep apnoea and like to keep a record of how I'm doing.

Perfect, it did take around an hour to show! Thank you! ❤️
