The app is installed. The Luxe is synced with my phone and I have been using it for about a week now. No matter what I do, the face still shows "--" for my SPO2, and no SPO2 measurements are recorded/sync'd to the app on my phone after I wake up.
Is this a chronic issue with the Luxe?

Since you're seeing only dashed lines on the clock face or SpO2 tile, a message that the SpO2 data couldn’t be read, or missing data in the Health Metrics tile in the Fitbit app on your phone, keep in mind the following:
