I have tried all option mentioned in this forum, and i am unable to get data on SPO2, all other data is being collected. I intially thought i would need to use it for a few days, its over three weeks now, and not recording SPO2.
Can anyone advice what i should do ?

My Luxe started the same issue recently. I hope someone has an idea of how to fix it.
