Luxe won't turn on

I am out of home for 2 days, I charge my tracker before I leave my home and I didn’t bring the charger with me. 
Yesterday during the afternoon I was in the swimming pool having some sun and I took of my tracker. In the end of the day when I was going to use it again it wasn’t working. It’s completely dead…

What can I do?

@JoanaPort I understand where you're concern is coming from, but I'm glad to hear that your Luxe is working now.

Hi there, @JoanaPort. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Luxe. I'm sorry to hear this happened during your vacay.

I'm afraid to say you will need the charging cable to perform a restart on your Luxe. For more information, see How do I restart my Fitbit device? 

However, if you see that your Luxe is still syncing to your Fitbit app, please change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
