Hi, @Holdenhayles , welcome to the Community Forums!  There is always someone here to help, but in order to give a best answer to your question please could you give us a little more information?  Is new? When was it last working?  How old is your Luxe and when did you last put it on to charge?  If you plug it in does it show that it is charging?  When you open your app can the app find your Luxe?  Is it syncing?  Reading your heart rate ? Lights flashing on back?  Or is it totally dead?

Any further information you can provide will help us steer you toward the right solution!

My Luxe is also not turning on.  I've been trying different steps over the last two days.   I've made sure the device is fully charged. I've reset the Luxe device, made sure Screen Wake is on Auto; used the button on the charger three presses with a second between each and waited for device to vibrate before next press after third press - Fitbit logo doesn't appear only the device charge strength logo.  I've also reset the device installed the app from phone and reinstalled again.  Device works for a couple hours then no longer wakes up either with flick of wrist or tapping the screen.  I just noticed the time on Fitbit is off from by about 20 minutes and the device shows 100% charged, but the phone app shows device strength of 78%.  I'm challenged with what else I can do to get it working again.

Hi @Holdenhayles @BPKnitter. Welcome to the forums.

Thank you both for participating for the first time in the community, for providing the details about this difficulty and for trying to fix the issue by your own.

In addition to the points listed by @Julia_G , please, confirm that you have followed the steps listed in this help article in order to get the device charging:  Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

Thanks @Julia_G for your help.

I followed the cleaning instructions yesterday.  Following are my responses to the questions you asked.

Is new - Luxe is about 3 years old.
When stopped working - not sure when it last worked - hadn't used in about the last 6 months (medical condition that prevented exercising).
When did you last put it on to charge?  - Luxe was sitting on the charger, charging for about the last month - without being used.
If you plug it in does it show that it is charging - when I plug Luxe in the Fitbit logo displays - then the charge strength displays.  When I just plugged in the date and time are incorrect - device charge strength displays as 100%; but it was last plugged into charge yesterday.
When you open your app can the app find your Luxe - app finds device.
Is it syncing - App reflects device synced to phone.
Reading your heart rate - heart rate reflected on device and on app - same number.
Lights flashing on back - for a while the green light on back of device flashes - but only for a short while after being removed from the charger.

Luxe only works for a short while after performing the charger 3 button press - then the device no longer wakes up either by manual double click or by flick of wrist (Luxe setting Screen Wake = Auto).

Update to my reply - I took a short walk and and Luxe is no longer syncing to phone app.  Steps not reflected and heart rate not reflected on the Fitbit app.
