Luxe stuck on Fitbit logo

My luxe has been stuck on logo screen all morning. Tried leaving it on charge for a while, and nothing. I found something online that said to disconnect and reconnect to the charger 3 times, nothing. I don’t have a charger with a button on it, so can’t use that. 
how else can I restart my device?

Hi there, @cjzee. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Luxe is still unresponsive. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

It sounds to me that your Luxe might have not battery left even when you mentioned to have left it on the charger for a while. Sometimes a Fitbit doesn’t seem to be charging when actually the issue is that it has become unresponsive (this can happen if the battery has been allowed to discharge completely). I'd recommend putting it on to charge on a charging wire and outlet known to be working.  Leave it on the charger for a good two hours, even if it doesn’t seem to be charging.

Hello,

Thanks for the reply.
I left it on charge all night and I’m still getting the same thing.
Any other ideas?
