Activities not logged in app

As of yesterday, my Luxe has not been recording activities in the app.

Yesterday I did a long walk. The steps were counted but it didn't auto record the walk.

The same thing happened today. I also started a Workout activity on my Luxe. It hasn't recorded on the app.

I've also noticed that previous logged activities have disappeared from the app.

Hi, @TSarge , if your activities are showing on your Fitbit but not on your app, that suggests that your Luxe has not recently synced.  I would recommend trying to force a sync.  Please open your app and from the Today screen click on the small icon top left (smartphone and watch icon) - that takes you to the device screen.  Just underneath the picture of your Luxe it should indicate when it last synced.  If you click on the picture you should see more details about your Luxe and you can also click on Sync Now to ensure that you have a recent sync.

You mention that previous logged activities have disappeared from your app.  Is this all previous activities or just the last day or two? This is very surprising and most unusual - once information is synced to the app it should be retained whatever the state of the Fitbit device.  Can you confirm that your Luxe is still visible on your account? (I.e. that you have not logged in using a different email address?)
