Readiness score is missing

Hey, I have a Luxe and I love all of the features. But this week there has been no data on my readiness score, despite wearing my Fitbit full time. I’d appreciate some help with this, thanks community

Please make sure to use the latest version of the Fitbit app: How do I use the Fitbit app?

In addition, take in consideration the following points:

  • You must be using a compatible device. For a list of compatible devices, refer to Who can see a daily readiness score in the Fitbit app?
  • Make sure you wear your device to sleep, then check your score after you wake up in the morning. Make sure the back of your device is in contact with your skin. The band should be snug but not constricting.
  • Most metrics require at least 3 hours of quality sleep. If you move a lot during your sleep or the sleep session is too short, you might not get a score.

As I said. I wear my Fitbit full time. Had it for over a year, pay premium, nothing has changed. Got a days reading last week. Then nothing again. Had been working just fine up to about 3 weeks ago
