Hi there!
I just got my first Fitbit and am in the process of trying to set it up for use. It's plugged into the charger, and I've followed all the instructions up to the point of where it says to update. After I clicked next, it's been on the feedback screen with the progress bar not having moved an inch over an hour. I've restarted the fitbit, logged out and in of the phone app, and switched my bluetooth on and off as well.
Any other suggestions? It's been over 2 hours.
