I have been trying to update tracker and it keeps on failing.
From the Fitbit app, I am at Account and under luxe, it says update available. I have Alta hr and it shows as "connected". After selecting Luxe and hit update tracker, my Luxe screen shows the fitbit logo and the blue bar to show the progress. However, it keeps on failing after a few minutes.
I have turned the bluetooth off and on. I have restarted the Luxe. It synced but Update Tracker failed.
Any idea what to do?

I tried again. This time my Luxe was touching my iPhone when the update was running. This did it.
While my Luxe and iPhone were no more than 3 inches apart when I first ran the update, it failed. I thought it was close enough but was not enough. Crisis averted.
