Hi, @JayGard , a restart will often fix this issue. The instructions are here - note, you will need to use the plugging in to the charger method, as your screen is unresponsive. It’s worth trying the restart a couple of times, as a single restart does not always work. Also it is important to get the rhythm of the 3 presses just right. You need to press, pause, press, pause, press - and then wait (I find if I say the words as I do it the pace of the pressing and pausing works).
If the restart does not seem to fix the issue, please try changing the clock face. You can do this in the app and the instructions are here . Be sure to sync your Fitbit whenever you make any changes in the app. If that solves the issue then you can safely return to your previous clock face if you prefer.
Good luck, and let us know how it goes. Welcome to the forums!

@Julia_G , Thank you for your help and tips.
@JayGard , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message and efforts.
Do the green LEDs on the Luxe blink?
Can you see the data on the app after synchronizing it?
This will help me determine if the tracker is working but the display isn't.
Just adding to @Julia_G 's info, have you tried the tips and steps described here? Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
