My luxe won’t hold a charge. I have to charge it every day. It used to hold a charge for almost a week. Now it drains under 14 hours and goes from 100% to 5% in under a day. It also takes forever to charge to 100%. It’s been charging now for 45 minutes and only went from 5% to 37%

Hi there, @Judes371. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and the details provided in your post. It's sad to hear that you're experiencing battery issues with your Luxe. I'll do my best to help you with this.
Regarding battery life, are you using always-on display or GPS? Please note these features require more frequent charging. For more information, please see Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?
Bear in mind that as all rechargeable batteries age, they deteriorate to some extent and an older device will need to be charged more often than a new one. The best way of minimizing this effect is to avoid deep discharges of the battery. To maximize the overall life of your Fitbit device's battery, ideally keep it between 20-80%. Many people find that a daily battery boost works best ( e.g. giving it a 15 minutes charge while you are showering in the morning).
About your Luxe not charging, please try the solutions provided here. Additionally, please find below some tips to best charge Fitbit devices:
For charging purposes, your charging cable or your base station can be plugged into any USB power source, including but not limited to:

Why don't you tell her this is a known battery issue for Luxe, instead of making her feel unsupported.

I have the same issue with battery drain. When charged to 100%, once off charger is at 89% within 10 minutes. Can the Luxe battery be changed by Fitbit?

I have noticed a similar issue. Had my Luxe for 2 years, but last couple of months I have to recharge the battery each day. I don’t have the watch on always-on display or use GPS. Used to go a few days before needing to be charged, but now by morning down to 40%. Can batteries be replaced? If not eventually I’m guessing it will stop charging. Don’t want to be having to buy a new one this soon.

If it's not that old might as well get the warranty to replace it. Mine fell out of warranty and now they gave some stupid bs 35% off. Who would want to buy a fitbit again if it only last 1 year. My old ones lasted so much longer and was much cheaper. My luxe off the bat had battery issues and charge didn't last long. And now over a year it it fails exactly on time pass warranty. Yeah I am moving on. Been a customer for over 3 years and this is the bs I get. Not worth it.
