My luxe won’t hold a charge. I have to charge it every day. It used to hold a charge for almost a week. Now it drains under 14 hours and goes from 100% to 5% in under a day. It also takes forever to charge to 100%. It’s been charging now for 45 minutes and only went from 5% to 37%

Best AnswerWhy don't you tell her this is a known battery issue for Luxe, instead of making her feel unsupported.
Thank You! I was going to purchase a new Fitbit but this one isn’t very old.
I appreciate your reply
Best AnswerSame issue… for months…. I do not wear it anymore… battery might age… but Lyne did after only 1,5 year….
I have noticed a similar issue. Had my Luxe for 2 years, but last couple of months I have to recharge the battery each day. I don’t have the watch on always-on display or use GPS. Used to go a few days before needing to be charged, but now by morning down to 40%. Can batteries be replaced? If not eventually I’m guessing it will stop charging. Don’t want to be having to buy a new one this soon.
Are you a robot with these answers? Or a real customer focused, human retail associate here to help the thousands of customers having issues?
Best AnswerIf it's not that old might as well get the warranty to replace it. Mine fell out of warranty and now they gave some stupid bs 35% off. Who would want to buy a fitbit again if it only last 1 year. My old ones lasted so much longer and was much cheaper. My luxe off the bat had battery issues and charge didn't last long. And now over a year it it fails exactly on time pass warranty. Yeah I am moving on. Been a customer for over 3 years and this is the bs I get. Not worth it.
