Luxe won't work unless it's connected to the charger

My luxe fitbit is working only when it is plugged into the charger in power. Even though it shows 100% charge, once I remove from the charging point it doesn't work any more and shows a dead display.

Hi there, @SeeAn. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that your Luxe is only working when it's connected to the charging cable. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend trying the following steps in the order listed:

  1. Connect your Fitbit device to the charger.
  2. Quickly lift it off and put it back on.
  3. After a half-second pause, repeat this pick-up-and-place move 3 more times, all within 8 seconds.
  4. Review Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? and follow the troubleshooting steps.
