I'm not quite sure where to post this. I have the Medibank LiveBetter app and have accumulated sufficient points to get a voucher in the Fit Bit LiveBetter Shop. I'd love to purchase the new Luxe but it is not yet available, the latest models are Sense, Versa 3 and Inspire 2. Is there any way I could find out when the new Luxe might be available from the Medibank store? The site is https://store-au.fitbit.com/livebettershop. I tried a live chat with FitBit but I think is was the US site and they had no idea what I was talking about.

Hello @Marbir and welcome to the Help forum. I don't live in Australia. Several US insurance companies have similar programs. In the US, each company decides which trackers it will support. I think you need to ask Medibank.

Hello @Marbir and welcome to the Help forum. I don't live in Australia. Several US insurance companies have similar programs. In the US, each company decides which trackers it will support. I think you need to ask Medibank.
