My 50% discount can't be applied to Fitbit Luxe

My 11 month-old Charge 3 is dead - not even a year old. I've been offered 1) a replacement Charge 3; or 2) 50% off of a different tracker. Getting an obsolete Charge 3 would just be stupid, so I looked at what else is available. The Charge 4 is on clearance sale. Gee, I wonder what that means? Paying even half price for that would be stupid too. The coming Luxe looks fantastic.... but my 50% off warranty offer it not good on that device???!!!! Why? What kind of a warranty is that? I just want to say that this really unfair warranty offer on the part of Fitbit.

Hi @firebirdclk Fitbit doesn't give discounts on the latest release of their products. In order to use your warranty, you need to decide which option presented to you is the one you want to accept. The Charge 4 is not on clearance, but merely on sale. Sorry you're not happy, but do take advantage of your options and get another Fitbit.

You purchased a Charge 3 which could be reasonably expected to last for a couple of years at least. It failed so one offer is to replace it with a Charge 3, the exact same device you purchased and would still be using if your original  device didn't die.

To me, that sounds like a completely reasonable solution to your problem.
