My Luxe is dropping step count

My Fitbit will count my steps and the. After a sync the step count goes back to the count prior to a fitness walk. For instance I took a walk tonight and had just over 7,400 steps. I went for a walk and synced, the screen had over 11,400 steps. 15

min later the step count returned to 7,400 steps. This has happened several times since purchasing the Lyxe last August.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Luxe. Thank you for the information provided.

 

Whether your Fitbit account is connected to a third party app or you have manually logged an activity on your Fitbit account, please make sure the information in both cases doesn't match the time you were wearing your Fitbit device otherwise it could overwrite your data.

 

If the information above is not related to your case, please restart your Tracker by following these steps and give it another try.
