My Luxe keeps setting itself to Do Not Disturb mode. Can I disable this feature?

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Luxe. Thank you for the information provided.

 

There is no option to disable Do Not Disturb mode but for instructions on how to turn it off, please visit this article.

 

If you haven't done so, please restart your Tracker by following these steps.

 

In addition, our team has recently released a new version of the Fitbit app (3.54.1 for iOS and 3.54 for Android). For instructions on how to check your current version and update, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I update the Fitbit app?".
