My Luxe shows the wrong date

Hi, my Fitbit Luxe shows the wrong date ( 3 days difference), the time is correct though. I’ve tried everything; synchronizing, switching timezone on and off…, but so far nothing has helped. 
Do any of you maybe have the solution?

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Luxe. Thank you for trying to get them resolved before contacting us.

If you followed these steps without luck, please set up your Tracker as a replacement device:

  1. Tap the Today tab , and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

If the instructions shared above don't work, please attach an image of the wrong date shown on your Luxe.
