This is the 3rd fitbit I have had and none of them work. They don't track anything. The battery does not stay charged, the new app is worthless as the old one! Do not tell us we can give feedback when you won't accept it.

Hi there, @Fedupalso99. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. We‘re taking your comments and sentiments in regards to our products into consideration. Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts and feedback towards the new Fitbit app design. I understand how you must be feeling after this change.
To better assist you with the tracking concern, would you mind providing me with more details? Is your Luxe not tracking your sleep? your steps? Is there any feature specifically you're referring to? In the meantime, please see How do I track my workouts with my Fitbit device? and How do I track my activity with my Fitbit device?
Regarding the battery, please keep in mind that as with other electronic devices, the battery will depend on the features and how often they're used, such as the GPS, Spotify app or the Always-On display. While this doesn't mean that you shouldn't use them, please take into into consideration the conditions that impact your watch's battery.
With that being said, I'd recommend to change the clock face to one designed by Fitbit and please confirm if you've followed the tips and recommendations to maximize your watch's battery life described here.
As for the new Fitbit app, even though we truly appreciate that you've taken the time to come here and share your thoughts about the new Fitbit app interface, please note at this time there are no plans to change it or revert it to the old one. Nevertheless, I'd like to invite you to take a look at this post to get the most out of the new Fitbit app.
In case you missed it, I'd like you to check this blog to get more information about new updates coming soon to the Fitbit app.
Thanks for your understanding. Hope the steps I provided above help!
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...
