Made this account just to express my opinion on what Fitbit has become. Google/Fitbit is terrible. I mean reading though the "fixes" or so called trouble shooting... It's just laughable. Screen flicker due to moisture??? Lol... Okay... They are advertised to be able to swim with... One of the workouts on the charge 6 and Luxe is SWIMMING!!! I have both of these watches and since the last couple updates I've experienced nothing but hardware/software issue. "A simple rest" isn't a real fix. Setting in rice isn't an option. Insimply won't do it. Not for a device that is advertised as being able to be used while swimming. Teribble! I feel like Google is doing this purposely so that users move on from the Fitbit... Well I'm definitely moving on. Back to traditional watches and using my phone to track the basics. We don't need these trackers. The feeling of being swindled doesn't set well with me. The only other option I will suggest is to go garmin, samsung, or apple. Ex Google Pixel watch.. ex Fitbit. Google 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎

Note that our products are indeed designed and made to last (this goes for each product component) however, there is not an infallible way to ensure that no issues will be present in the long run. Because of this, our Warranty Policy is set into providing as much coverage as we can.
Even though I truly appreciate you took the time to come here and express your feelings towards your experience with your Luxe and also want to find a resolution to your issue, my best advice is to keep the conversation with our Support Team. Note for this kind of inquiries/cases/process, there's not so much we here in the forums can do for you as this is something that our team handles based on our policies.
