I have approached my limit with Fitbit. Every one I have tried seems to stop working properly after getting any type of moisture..my device continues to lose the proper time and will not update. This is the last fit bit for me. Complete waste of time and money. And seems that support service is lacking too..

Hi, @kenyadashon, welcome to the community, It appears you cannot sync your Luxe with your mobile phone app. Absent any detail of what you have tried or the mobile phone you are using, may I suggest you review these articles? Why won't my Fitbit device sync? - Android - Fitbit Help Center FYG I swim daily with my Luxe for 100 Minutes, covering 25 kilometres a week without any issues.
