I was having no end of issues with it having a black screen. I did a complete reset and it seemed to behave for a bit until I started setting alarm clock notifications..then a black screen that could only be sorted by putting it on the charger to bring it to life. Battery % not low, in the 50% range. The battery readings are all over the place. The only way I could get it to behave normally for last 3 weeks was to no longer use the alarm settings. That was short lived as it's back to black screen again daily, and the battery says it's at 80%. My Fitbit was brought Feb 2023, so it hasn't lasted long. I would have expected atleast 3 years!

Hi there, @Christine95. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Luxe is still blank. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
If you haven't done so yet, please try the steps below:
If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device once again as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I am having the same issues as Christine. It’s not the battery, I changed the clock face, I never use the alarm features, yet the screen keeps going black. The screen will only wake up when I put the watch back on the charger. My watch is only 2 yrs old. My charge & versa lasted much longer than this.

@Endia if you are getting any kind of notification on your Fitbit luxe, it is probably that causing the black non-responsive screen. You could try setting all notifications off. My luxe would buzz and then go non-responsive. There is supposedly a notification vibration setting on the Fitbit app for the luxe but I was unable to find it.
