New Fitbit Luxe won't charge

My 10 day Luxe will not charge! Such a pain now having to return it as I bought it online.

 

Any advice?

Hi @Lorraine140478  Try Restarting  it and also try THIS Help Article on charging problems. If that doesnt help then unfortunately the best advice I can give is to return it. If it was from the Fitbit Online Store, contact Fitbit Support
