New Luxe won't update

I’ve just got this new luxe and it will not at all allow the firmware update. Just comes up with a big cross after several minutes. The whole thing is getting very frustrating. Bluetooth etc all connected

To better assist you, would you mind making sure that your Luxe was properly linked to your Fitbit account and that it's syncing? TO do so, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.

Then, please follow the tips and recommendations provided here Why can't I update my Fitbit device?
