My Luxe suddenly lost its display. Randomly show up as a complete fuzzy white whole screen. Steps working OK. Battery runs down quickly now. Tried all reset opt
ion but no change. I suspect that there is an issue with the display as app says functions are working. Please help as I'm lost without it. Michele

Hi @mishy15. If a restart of the device doesn't fix your issue, have you tried changing the clock face in the app? If neither or those suggestions work, I'd reach out to Customer Support. A dead display is a hardware issue that you'll have to contact Fitbit for. Best of luck!
