I've contacted fitbit chat 3 separate times in two days for issues with the Luxe. There is not button on the charger to reset, the silent timer doesn't work, and it won't sync with both the ipad and iphone at the same time. I was told "there's interference". Why are we going back a step in tech? I requested a return envelope. Was given a link where I had to pay $5.95 to return this garbage. Had to contact the chat again. Really frustrated.
