Notifications are not coming through my Fitbit Luxe

Too bad Luxe is nice but the notifications on iOS are NOT working exactly like Charge 4. You set it and forget it but after that, in few minutes, the notifications are stop working on Luxe. Same problem with Charge 4. After many updates, working on all possible aspects, I simply can not use Fitbit anymore on iOS. Charge 4 it's sooo cool but you have no notifications and now, Luxe is the same.

 Latest iOS seems to be like an end for Fitbit on iOS. 

 

The devices do sync, all it's OK if you don't need notifications...

Before going any further, please confirm that you've covered all troubleshooting steps provided here Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones. Also, make sure you turn OFF and then back ON the Share System Notifications setting if it is on.

On the other hand, since you're on an iOS device, let me know if you're receiving third-party text notifications but not iMessages. If that turns out to be the case, try toggling the iMessage setting; general > Messages > iMessage and verified the "Show Previews" was on "Always".

ALL notifications are working great for FEW minutes after you turn on/off share system or restart devices etc. But, after few minutes, ALL notifications are gone. Charge 4 and Luxe, same problem. And this from the first day of Charge 4 and with all the updates for iOS or Fitbit firmware, never resolved.

In your app it's still "looking" for the Luxe.  Under bluetooth - Other Devices - its still looking.   No alerts at all. I restarted it.  Restarted my iphone. Working okay on my ipad.   I'm sorry I got it now.  What is your return policy?
