Partial sleep registration?

I have to get up at 2:45am to let the dogs out and my luxe doesn't seem to register my sleep afterwards for when I have to wake up again. I tried different sensitivity and having the watch on different positions on my arm. What is the issue here?

This happened to me once.  I finally reset the watch and then asked it to sync again and it corrected it.  I don’t know if this will help you.  I did this the morning I saw it happened.  Sorry I didn’t see your question sooner.  Maybe it will help next time?  Meantime you may be able to get assistance with recovering the information from customer service.
