I ordered a fitbit luxe. The website said it will be shipped until the 12th of May. But in the Mail it says it will arrive at the end of May. I am confused.

Hi @Acv44  the estimated shipping date can change if there is more demand for a product than they have available at the time. Fitbit sends products to other retailers, too. Sometimes it does arrive earlier, so it's hard to tell which date is more accurate. Sounds pretty exciting for you, getting the newest Fitbit!

Hi there, @Acv44. Welcome to the Community Forums. @Odyssey13 Thanks for sharing this information!

As of April 29th, Fitbit Luxe is available for pre-order. However, as our Fitbit store page says, we expect to ship these orders in late May. The devices will become available at other retailers by the end of May too.

When I ordered my Fitbit luxe, the shipment date was in May too. But there is no update later. I tried to reach the customer service to check on the order but it got disconnected multiple times. I started thinking if it is even worth going with pre-order. 

I finally received my shipment notification today. It shows that the delivery is after 5 days. I am disappointed again that even after such delay than committed date, Fitbit didnot even care to send a faster shipment. 

I just hope the product I bought is not a scrap like the service.
