I ordered my new Fitbit back in April with a ship date of late May. I’ve now received an email saying June. Well I’d like to know exactly when in June and because of the delay they sent me an email with a code for 50% off on any accessory. I went online to make a purchase, there’s no place to enter the 50% off code. This is very frustrating. Please advise. Thank you

When will it be shipping, as I have no Fitbit at the moment - and really looking forward to getting back on board!
My last Fitbit just popped off my wrist as it was that type of strap - looking forward to the new one and hope it really is waterproof and all the special features we have been promised
Anyone know when we are going to get our Fitbit Luxe?

Like everyone else on here I pre-ordered the Luxe. I placed my order in late May, during a Father's Day promotion that indicated the Luxe would arrive before June 20th. I just contacted customer service, and was told that they don't know when the items will ship out. Considering that they would all need to ship in the next week to arrive in time for Father's Day, it's clear they will not be arriving before then... At this point, I am skeptical that they will ship out in June, and I just want a real date for when they will ship.

@DeepSeaCats - sorry to disappoint, but I moved your post. I am not part of Fitbit Support and do not work for them. But as a member of the Community Council (see the logo beneath my name in this post), I try to keep the forums organized. Sadly, I do not have an answer on a shipping date. I’m waiting for my Luxe, also. But if we keep the inquiries all together, it will be easier to provide an answer to everyone … when we have one. I already asked two days ago, and they refused to say anything other than "June". As I mentioned in another thread, there are less than 3 weeks left in June, and if it was going to ship in that time they'd have a date for us by now. Giving undefined months is something that happens when a product is 6-12mo out from being ready to ship, not when it's about to ship any day. If they still don't have a date I can almost guarantee they won't be shipping before July, if not August.

Yes, this is becoming extremely frustrating, especially when the company gives vague answers to this simple question. I’m willing to wait, but not indefinitely!
