I discovered that my luxe, new December 2024, restarts by holding the button on the charging line down for 3+ seconds and waiting for the logo.
The 3 pushes advice does NOT work.

As a first approach, I'd recommend checking if your mobile device meets the requirements to properly operate with your Fitbit device. For more information, see Fitbit Compatible Devices.

The short answers are yes and yes.
Long answer: new Luxe as of December 2024. New phone as of March 2025, Samsung Galaxy S25+ Android 15.
They were synched until the battery ran out last week. Since then, they pair but don't synch. I've been through the steps from 1 to the end many times. The two crucial permssions for the app are set properly. Bluetooth sees the Luxe.
If this were a computer, I'd read the error codes, but Google gives me nothing to work with.
