I think it’s ridiculous that a company like Fitbit would charge shipping on returns as small as an accessory band.  After paying premium price for a band as a gift  I found that Lunar White was really grey so I’m returning it.  After spending half an hour trying to find out how to return it on this poorly set up website I used the chat room and got a bot that gave me the return info.  I have to pay $5.95 plus tax to return a ($30 + shipping) band and will get a return of $20.95.  You’ve taken an over 30% vig so I can return a band.  Really?  I’ll buy aftermarket bands from now on and avoid your website.

Hi @Niisei,

 

That's part of the reason why I never buy my bands from Fitbit.  I usually go on to a site like Amazon or eBay and find them much cheaper and just as durable.
