I have a Luxe that I wear daily. I received a second luxe, same model with a different band and a nicer look. I would like to alternate wearing the devices. I see from the forum that you can't have two devices on the same account, or you can do something complicated to switch the devices.. .... not good options. But, can I simply change the time to correct time on my newer device without having it in my account? Have not found a way to do this. Have searched youtube and tried the three tap to the charging cord method, which did not work. Any help with just setting the time on the 2nd device?

Hi @MoeNola unfortunately the Luxe derives the time from the device used to set up and sync. Unless you sync, it can't maintain the correct time. There is no workaround. You will have to remove Luxe #1 and set up #2 and switch back each time you change them.

Only way to set the time is by syncing the device; then it takes the time and date from your watch; that is the only way. First you would sync your current watch to get all data to data base. You would then have to go to 'add a device'. It asks which device - answer Luxe; it will say you already have one; do you wish to replace - yes. Then it will add your 2nd device and sync it to correct time and it will also have all your steps, etc. Your previous watch will also have correct time but will no longer add steps or other data.
You would have to go through that procedure every time you wanted to switch which one you wanted to wear to gather data.
And if the one you were searing for looking nice ever lost time for any reason, the only fix would be to connect it again to re-sync.
