Sleep mode is not recording the correct sleep hours that I set it for, how to correct problem?

You cannot set how many hours of sleep you got. Sleep time is detected automatically, and that is the only way. If you mean setting the hours for Sleep Mode, that does not affect actual sleep detection, only the settings within that time range, such as 'Do Not Disturb'.
If you mean the 'Begin Sleep Now' button, that should not be used on trackers with heart rate detection.

I just wanted to jump in an add some more information to the one given by our friend JohnnyRow .
Depending on your heartrate and movements, the Luxe will identify if you are sleeping or not. The Sleep mode in the tracker is to avoid that the Display is turned on or you receive any notification during your sleep, so that you won't wake up and can rest better.
