SpO2 and Smart Wake are working on my Luxe

Is there a way to activate Sp02 feature? This was one of the reasons I bought the Fibit Luxe, and I'm about to return it because I can't seem to get it to work.

I also set my smart awake alarm on my device and it doesn't work. Any recommendations? Thank you.

Hi there, @Julesks12. Welcome to the Community Forums.

Sleep stages are based on heart rate data. Since you both just got the Fitbit Luxe, give the heart rate a few days to settle down. It does some calculations, looking at heart rate throughout the day and while you are sleeping, so it might just not have enough data to give a reasonable value yet.

For more information, see the following help articles

As for Smart Wake, may I have more details of the issue you're experiencing? When enabled, Smart Wake attempts to find the best time to wake you starting 30 minutes before the alarm time you set. It avoids waking you during deep sleep so you're more likely to wake up feeling refreshed. If Smart Wake can’t find the best time to wake you, your alarm alerts you at the set time.

  • Alarms that use the Smart Wake setting have a different icon than the other alarms on your device.
