Hello!
I’ve ordered Luxe but I had a Charge 4. Do I need to switch to Luxe to use it in Fitbit or should I create new Fitbit account?
I don’t want the data from Charge 4 to dissappear.Or does it sync the data from old one with new one?

Hello @SunsetRunner and welcome.
Data are tied with your account so if you switch to Luxe from Charge 4 in your existing account you will find your data transferred.
Just remember to sync your Charge 4 just before performing the Luxe activation.
