I just purchased a new Luxe.  It will not show text message notifications from my iPhone.   Call notifications work.  I have tried all of the suggestions and am quite frustrated.   Help!

Hi there, @Fassy14. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe before reaching out. 

While reading your post I was wondering if the text messages your Versa 4 is not receiving are iMessages? I also have an iPhone and had a similar trouble with those messages, but I tried toggling the iMessage setting; general > Messages > iMessage and verified the "Show Previews" was on "Always". If this steps don't work for you, I suggest taking a look at the help article: Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones.
