I want my dashboard on my laptop and I'm told that I can't. I just bought my Luxe a month ago and if I was aware of the upcoming changes I would not have bought it. Called customer service and got nowhere. Not very good communication. This has put a big negative vibe to Fitbit in my opinion.

Hi @chh724 as of July 8, 2024 there is no more dashboard on the computer. Fitbit's announcement about the dashboard and they can change what services are provided, per Section 18 of the Terms of Service. Are you able to return the Luxe to the store where you purchased it?
