I mostly adore my new Luxe! However, the timer app keeps randomly stopping in the middle of a timer. It makes it worse than useless, because I keep setting it and relying on it, and then I looked down at my wrist a few minutes later to find that it’s reset itself with no final buzz. What’s going on, and how do I fix it?

This appears to have worked so far, and actually restored some other functionality that had vanished (e.g. the stopwatch feature of the timer, which had just mysteriously gone away). Thank you!
Follow-up question: How frequently should I restart my Luxe so it doesn't do this? Just whenever I notice a weird problem? Or is there a good cadence to prevent these?

Regarding your question, we are not sure what might have caused this, but we would expect this to be a one glitch and I would ask you to keep an eye on your Luxe, and in the case this happens again, please let me know and I will be glad to further investigate. 🙂
