Touch not working

Has anyone encountered issues with the Luxe not being responsive to touch? It seems like every other day I need to manually restart on the charger. It won’t let me do anything but toggle between the steps and heart rate on the main screen. To access literally anything else I have to force restart. Might have to switch to a different brand if this keeps up.

Hi, @SunsetRunner, welcome, check you do not have "water lock" engaged. You do not mention which clock face you are using. I suggest you try another, check through the "Description" so you are up to speed on what you can change. Let us know how you get on.

Water lock is not engaged. I don’t think the face is the issue, I’ve had this problem with multiple faces. However, Night Sky is what’s on it now. It’s like the device just stops responding to any sort of action.

Hi, @SunsetRunner , thanks for the update, is it possible you have inadvertently engaged "Do not Disturb" or "Sleep"? The symptoms you report are unusual.

Nope, that is not it either. I’ve had this for months now and am very familiar with it. It has to be an issue with the actual Fitbit, it’s like it gets stuck on the Home Screen and it can’t leave it until I force restart.
