The Luxe is suppose to ship out in late May. Will FitBit be sending out tracking information?
I can’t locate my order confirmation email however I have screen shots of the order confirmation including an order reference number. Can someone please assist? Thank you.

Hi @SallyAnn424 the community forum can help with many issues, but this is one that only customer support would have the answers. According to the Fitbit Store, these will ship out in June. You should have gotten an email. Did you check your spam folder, just in case it went in there?

I’ve called Customerservice a couple times the luxe is supposed to be in the stores this coming Monday. However we pre-ordered it so we will probably receive it after the general public is able to have it I’m coming back to Fitbit after leaving to go to Apple and I’m regretting my decision I feel if you pre-order some thing you should have it before the general public can receive it in general stores I can’t tell you how disappointed I am in Fitbit and regretting my decision coming back

@reelsaltydog the dates to ship have changed on the Fitbit.com store information to June. Best Buy changed from being able to pick it up May 31st to saying they would announce the release day once they knew. Pre-order is common with many products, especially game systems, but it doesn't always mean the item is received before the general public. You pre-ordered your Blaze, remember? It will get to you, but calling customer service to ask when it's coming won't make it happen any sooner. Looks like many people liked the features and the overall design of the Luxe. Hope it arrives soon for you.

Customer Service saying as of today shipping in June. No specific date though. Possibility could be end of June or July.

Would be nice to have some real communications about the actual delivery dates instead of the vague mail we’ve recieved that it is ‘pushed back’

Hope someone actually answers the phone. I never did get an answer. They just placed me on hold forever. Never was able to “chat” either. Does not seem to be any way to reach customer service. Still waiting on my Luxe—ordered on 5/2 through Fitbit.com. They tool $ from my bank account day of order. But no Luxe yet! I also don’t have an option on my order to cancel. I am stuck!

Hi @SQuinn1 and @WooHoo52 when you order anything online, a HOLD is placed on those funds. Until the item ships, you do not get charged for that purchase. No different than my Walmart pickup. I place an order, they put a hold on the amount of purchase, plus tax. Until I pick up the items, they don't put the charges through to the bank card. It's pretty much standard procedure. Right now there is a banner at the top of the pages telling us that phone wait time is taking longer than usual and to try the chat option. It does look like the shipping will be later than they thought, but with you having a pre-order - you'll get your device long before the rest of us will. I waited too long!
