When entering code shown on Fitbit, “Try again” message appears

I have recently tried connecting a Fitbit to my phone after forgetting the device on Bluetooth on the old phone and removing it from the Fitbit app. I have tried restarting the device 20+ times, turning off phone and Bluetooth, but none of this works. I am considering replacing the watch through warranty.

is there any fix for this issue other than replacement?

I was having the same problem. What worked for me was to uninstall and then reinstall the Fitbit app on my phone. Hope this helps!
