When exactly will Luxe be shipped?
Specific date please, not corporate talking points would be very helpful.
I pre-ordered it a month ago.
My credit card been charged immediately. Since you already have my money, I think I deserve a very specific answer to this simple question

Hi @KarmaZ check your email and your bank - your credit card has a hold on it for the amount. You won't be charged until your order ships. At the moment, there is no precise date being announced, but it is going to be June. These are the community forums and users of Fitbit, so we can't really help you.

I do agree for Fitbit who is now a part of Google to not make a statement and say hey the device is not on time is ridiculous. I’m now left to assume that my Luxe will ship as promised by Friday as Monday is a holiday in the states. I thought when they joined google that things would change & this company would start acting more professional.

@waynezwor1d Google's acquisition of Fitbit was finalized the end of January this year. I doubt they have had time to get everything in place that they'd like. Fitbit is just one part of their vast company. I wouldn't assume it would be shipped on Friday. It's all saying June at this point.

@KarmaZ Fitbit employees who post here are called Moderators. They do post around the forums, but not in every thread, as it's not always needed, depending on the subject.
