Reminder to walk seems to be a feature found on all fitbit's.

Reminder to drink can be a touchy subject?

  • Does fitbit really know how hydrated a user is?
  • How much the user has been drinking?
  • The body gets water from almost everything it consumes. -soda -coffee -tea -veggies -meat -fish -rice -potatoes -stew -soups -etc
  • For some people most of their needed water can be acquire through their food.
  • Is it possible to over drink following fitbit's guidelines?
  • It is generally healthier to be a little dehydrated than to drink to much.
  • To much liquid will send you to the hospital quicker and possibly even the morgue.
  • Every year, I'm the USA their are High School football players sent to the hospital for being over hydrated. A few never make it out of or are dead before they get to the hospital

In short, your body has wonderful ways of telling the user to drink up.

  • Dry lips
  • Dark Yellow pee
  • Thirst
  • Clear pee means the person is over hydrated.

Learn to listen to your body, it is the safest way to tell if water is needed.

Hello @Briiiiii1234

According the HELP page these reminders are not included into Luxe but it might be not yet updated. However I went through the store specification of the Luxe (and pictures) and didn't get any hint.

Bear in mind that :

- those reminders are Premium only

- those reminders are passive this means that you will be notified to, for example, drink water 3 times a day regardless you duly input your water intake into the Fitbit app.
