With all the problems described and the number of owners contacting support, I hope the fixes are being included in the next update - do any of the moderators know when that's planned to be?
I loved my Luxe until the upgrade and I want to love it again. I also want, and expect, it last 4 years like my previous fitbit did. I can't imagine replacing with another Luxe given all the trouble I'm experiencing. It turns off when I'm sleeping and when I'm exercising - the primary items I need a fitness tracker to work. I put it on charger to turn it on and it always immediately shows 97% and then a few minutes later goes to the real value - typically in the 60s/70s, but sometimes in the 10s/20s. Even charging it twice a day to 100% doesn't work.
PLEASE TELL ME FIXING LUXE IS BEING WORK ON!!!
