I previously received a label to send Luxe back as not syncing reliably despite constant upgrades, reinstalling software, turning Bluetooth on and off.

went on holiday…does same label still apply ie can I still send it back now.

no chat available at any hour. What happened?

really dissatisfied- am on my 5th Fitbit and this is by far the worst- no issues with any others
