Hi, recently i found a problem when i try to find a new clockface on the fitbit app for my luxe, but it always shows failed, previously i think the fitbit app does not support Android private dns, now even i turned it off, still not available, i had checked the internet about these two sites:

both of them are 404, so you abandon the fitbit tracker??

I’m sorry to hear that you are having difficulties to change a clock face on your Fitbit Luxe. Your time while dealing with this situation is highly appreciated.
If you are using a Virtual Private Network (VPN), please turn it off and try to access the Fitbit Gallery using your 4G/LTE or 5G/LTE network.
There is a feature suggestion called "Allow Fitbit Access through a VPN on Mobile App". You are welcome to vote it and if there is any update, it should be communicated as soon as possible.
If the above is not your case, I would recommend restarting your Tracker. Then, please try once again to change the clock face by following the instructions in this article.
